# privacy collection policy

Blox Fields is a game project operated by **Timothy Patrick O’Callaghan** under the project name **Blox Fields**. This Privacy Collection Notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you contact us, submit an enquiry, pre-register for Blox Fields, connect a wallet, or participate in a Blox Fields activity.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your email address, name or username, public wallet address, social-media handle, enquiry or message, contest or Taskboard submission, eligibility information, and related technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, security logs, and cookie choices.

We use this information to:

* respond to your enquiry or support request;
* add your email address to the pre-registration mailing list when you request this;
* send Blox Fields news and promotional communications where you have consented;
* connect and verify your wallet;
* administer Taskboard incentives, rewards, contests, token allocations, and the allowlist;
* operate, secure, analyse, and improve the Blox Fields website and services;
* prevent bots, fraud, cheating, abuse, and unauthorised access; and
* comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Our legal basis depends on the purpose and may include your consent, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract with you, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Blox Fields. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We may share personal data where necessary with service providers that support our website, email communications, hosting, security, analytics, wallet connection, blockchain infrastructure, payments, rewards, and community activities; with professional advisers; with X, Discord, Solana-related services, or other platforms you choose to use; and with public authorities where required by law.

Some recipients may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Public wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may be visible globally and permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain. We cannot erase or alter information independently recorded on a public blockchain. **We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.**

If you do not provide information required for your enquiry, pre-registration, wallet connection, or activity, we may be unable to respond, provide the requested feature, or verify your eligibility. Optional information does not have to be provided.

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
